The New CTO turns out to be an old Navy buddy of the VP´s. This new CTO decided that since my title was MIS Director, I had to be a threat to his job. He proceeded to spend the next six months trying to undermine all the other department heads, the moment they showed signs of realizing he had no clue what he was doing.
